Please be ready with following documentation for your loan

List of supporting documents that would be needed to support a home loan – (originals necessary for each applicant) is required to verify details in copies)

Proof of Identity

a) Copy of Citizen Ship Certificate

b) Copy of valid residency status to be in Australia

c) Copy of Drivers License

Proof of residency

a) Original sighted copy of Medicare Card / Credit Card

b) Proof of residency address – copy of recent Gas / Electricity bill etc, sent to the current address

Proof of Income

a) 3 Pay slips each covering 3 consecutive pay periods not older than 6 weeks that has Year To Date earnings & letter from employer confirming length of employment or Tax Returns for last 2 years for Full Doc Loans

b) Self employed ABN older than 2 Years for Lo Doc Loans, Tax Agent confirmation of business income or a self certification of income giving assurance of ability to repay loan

Proof of Security

a) Exchange Contract with title search (dated & signed by Vendor) for a new purchase

b) Last 12 months bank statements with last Council Rate Notice for a refinance (each property)

c) 6 months rental statements for investment property or Real Estate agent confirmation of proposed rental income for an investment property

Confirmation of Savings/Assets/Liabilities

Copies of bank statements (3 months) confirming genuine savings for a new loan. Also a copy of redundancy payment details or any other relevant papers, if lump-sum income received.

Refinance loans will rely on your past loan repayment history. Any other valid document for other type of income.

Defaults & Bad Credit (if applicable)

Confirm in writing what has been recorded and current status of default.
