List of supporting documents required to support your home loan � (originals for each applicant is required for verification & authentication)

Proof of Identity - one document out of the 3 listed below

a) Coloured Copy of Citizen Ship Certificate

b) Coloured Copy of valid residency status in Australia

c) Coloured Copy of Australian Drivers License

Proof of residency

a) Coloured Copy of Medicare Card / Credit Card

b) Proof of residency address � copy of recent Gas / Electricity bill etc, sent to the current address

Proof of Income

a) 2 years tax return

in addition 3 Pay slips each covering 3 consecutive pay periods not older than 6 weeks that has Year To Date earnings & letter from employer confirming length of employment for Full Doc Loans

Self employed ABN older than 2 Years for Lo Doc Loans, Tax Agent confirmation of business income, business /private bank statements and a self certification of income confirming ability to repay loan. There are 6 months ABN loan @ higher interest rates, some without BAS.

Proof of Security

a) Contract for sale exchange with title search (dated & signed by Vendor) for a new purchase

b) Last 12 months bank statements with last Council Rate Notice for a refinance (each property)

c) 6 months rental statements for investment property or Real Estate agent confirmation of proposed rental

Confirmation of Savings/Assets/Liabilities

Copies of bank statements (3 months) confirming genuine savings for a new loan. Also a copy of redundancy payment details or any other relevant papers, if lump-sum income received.

Refinance loans will rely on your past loan repayment history. Any other valid document for other type of income.

Defaults & Bad Credit (if applicable) Confirm in writing what has been recorded and current status of default.

Commercial loans will need a BUSINESS CASE.
